Because CUVR is intimate apparel, all sales are final. For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for fit, sizing, color preference, or change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@cuvrwear.com.

Please include:

  • Your name
  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item
  • A clear photo of the packaging, if applicable
  • A short description of the issue

Once we receive your email, our team will review the issue and let you know the next step. If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund to the original payment method, depending on the situation.
